I serve as an arbitrator in complex commercial disputes, including cross-border matters involving foreign parties, foreign law, and jurisdictional issues.

My work includes appointments as sole arbitrator, panel chair, and tribunal member in disputes involving commercial contracts, insurance coverage, corporate transactions, and other high-value matters.

Experience and Appointments

I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and serve on the panels of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) and the American Arbitration Association, including its Commercial, Large Complex Case, Expedited, and Consumer rosters.
