Prior to December 2019, I was a Partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP and a member of its international arbitration practice group and from 1977 to 1994 a Partner/Associate, Lord Day & Lord, Barrett Smith. I am experienced in a broad range of substantive areas including insurance and reinsurance, complex commercial contracts, acquisition agreements, long-term supply contracts, purchase price adjustments, art law, product liability, and maritime arbitration. I have served as Panel Chair, solo arbitrator and tribunal member in a variety of matters. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), I am listed on the Panel of Arbitrators of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), on the American Arbitration Association Commercial, Large Complex Dispute and Consumer rosters and on the Panel of Neutrals of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). I previously served as the Co-Chair of the American Bar Association International Arbitration Committee.
